SERMAYE PİYASASI KURULU'NUN II-14.1 SAYILI TEBLİĞİ'NİN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİNCE HAZIRLANAN SORUMLULUK BEYANI

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 10/05/2016 tarih ve 542 sayılı Kararı ile onaylanan ve 01.01.2016 - 31.03.2016 dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı Tebliği doğrultusunda hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarımız ile Yönetim Kurulu ara dönem faaliyet raporumuz ekte sunulmuştur.
Şirketimizce hazırlanan dipnotları ile birlikte Konsolide Bilanço, Gelir Tablosu, Nakit Akım Tablosu, Öz Sermaye Değişim Tablosu ve üç aylık ara dönem Faaliyet Raporu'nun, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemeleri doğrultusunda
a) Tarafımızca incelendiğini,
b) Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama ya da açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,
c) Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, ilişkin olduğu dönem itibariyle yürürlükteki finansal raporlama standartlarına göre hazırlanmış finansal tabloların konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte Şirketimizin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve k r ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte Şirketimizin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını,
bilgilerinize sunar, yapılan açıklamadan dolayı sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.

The consolidated financial statements and the interim activity report of the Board of Directors for the period between January 1, 2016 and March 31, 2016, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board Communiqué No: II-14.1 and approved by the Board of Directors by its resolution dated May 10, 2016 and numbered 542 have been provided in the annex hereto.

We hereby inform you that the Consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, together with the notes thereto and the Interim Activity Report for the three-month period ending on March 31, 2016, in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board:
a) Have been reviewed by us
b) Based on the information available to us as a result of our duty at the Company, do not contain any incorrect disclosure on material issues or any insufficiencies that may be misleading as of the date the disclosure is made
c) Based on the information available to us as a result of our duty at the Company, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards and based on the principle of consolidation, reflect fairly on the Company's assets, liabilities, financial standing and profit/loss for the relevant period, and the activity report, again based on the principle of consolidation, reflect fairly on the development of the business, performance and the important risks and uncertainties faced by the Company,

and we hereby declare our responsibility for this statement.
