İlgide kayıtlı 30 Ekim 2015 tarihli açıklamamız ekinde yer alan İş Bankası banka bonoları ve tahvillerine ilişkin İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı ile 22.01.2016, 19.02.2016, 11.03.2016, 08.04.2016 ve 06.05.2016 tarihli açıklamalarımız ekinde yer alan "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı Güncelleme Metni"nde meydana gelen değişiklikleri içeren "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı Güncelleme Metni" Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanmıştır. Söz konusu belgeye ve değişikliklerin işlendiği, tek metin haline getirilmiş "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı"na ekte yer verilmiştir.

The "updated text of the Issuer Information Document" covering changes made on Issuer Information Document related to İşbank's bills and bonds, which were attached to İşbank's disclosures on 30.10.2015, 22.01.2016, 19.02.2016, 11.03.2016, 08.04.2016 and 06.05.2016 have been certified by the Capital Markets Board.

The abovementioned document and consolidated "Issuer Information Document" which contains the changes are attached.
